Bacon & Cabbage spring roll, whisky marmalade, celeriac salad & cranberry.

Man O’War Fish Pie – Fresh fish bound in a rich white wine sauce puff pastry crust, sauté leek & deep fried potato.

Chicken Salad, baby gem lettuce, creamy parmesan dressing caesar with garlic croutons.

Main Courses

Fillet of Salmon crushed potato cake, creamed spinach with citrus beure blanc.

Supreme of Chicken, cream whipped potatoes, spiced carrot pureè red wine jus with roast chestnuts.

Roast Crown of Turkey, glazed Ham, sage & onion stuffing & cranberry jus.

Grilled Sirloin Steak, slow roast tomato, sauté mushrooms & pepper sauce.

Glazed Shank of Lamb, honey roast winter vegetables & mash, served in its own sauce.

Basil gnocchi, roast mediterranean vegetable, toasted pine nuts and rich tomato sauce.
